Jello knees

Just had to stop by to comment on day two workout. It was entirely lower body with the exception of an ab exercise. The book said two sets so I followed that. I skipped cardio at the gym as I had a lot of running around to do all involving walking.

I'm glad I did as when I left the gym my knees felt like jello. Even now going down stairs I can still feel it.

The weights and all the walking turned into 550 calories burned.

I'm so curious what the results will be by the time I get to day 30.
