I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in, not because I expect a good result. In fact I'm not sure what I'll see as the dreaded TOM is exerting it's influence. It doesn't matter, I accept whatever number shows up. What I'm really looking forward to is a fresh start and getting back into a routine.
The focus is now on my friends. Tonight I make my shopping list for tomorrow and when I get home from weigh in I start the clothing purge. I have a fair amount to accomplish this weekend including clothing purge, meal prep for next week, laundry, clean the house and homework. The good thing is that all adds to my fresh start as well.
Now the focus is goal and absolutely nothing is going to stop me.
