Possessed but good recovery

I was doing rather well yesterday points wise until yesterday evening. I had one heck of a snackapalooza. My dinner was a grilled cheese sandwich and I guess not quite satisfying enough as I then plowed through about 10 tortilla chips, a individual bag of popcorn and 5 - yes 5 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. I don't know what came over me. At the end of it all I ate 2001 calories and burned 2036. In other words 46 points. Now I did have weekly points to cover that but we'll see how that goes. No point in focusing on the past best to move forward.

Today I was determined to be more diligent. I was.

I went back to step one of running returning to 1 min run and 2 min walk. It went really well. I wound up in the coed gym. I don't mind it it's just super warm in there. Before heading to the gym I put in a load of laundry. After the gym I came back to my wing to put in the dryer and then I went for dinner. So loads of walking as well. I realized that might be going wrong in trying to reduce the walk part. Maybe I should slowly increase the run part for now.

I tried to sync my bodymedia with my room computer but something didn't work so I'll try again tomorrow.

I got a little chafing from the strap for the first time today but I think that was due to wearing it a little tight at one point.

Congrats on getting right back on track. Keep up the good work.
Body Glide will stop the chaffing if it happens again.
