If you dropped by yesterday, you read about my wee snack attack that hit and I was wondering why.
Well last night it turned into ferocious snack attack or what I like to call "Snackapalooza" caused by PMS. Yes, my friends now I know why I had a snack attack. Really I do love this time of month...not.
Yesterday my rational brain would say "You don't need that" and my snackapalooza brain would say "Says who?". The overall damage wasn't as bad as it could have been. It did put me over points for the week but that's not necessarily a bad thing. I've often done better eating a little over. I'm trying to drink water like a fish to combat the water retention.
3 sleeps to boot camp...I'm kind of excited to finally start this thing as I signed up months ago. I'm looking forward to sharing the good, bad and ugly with all of you.
I need to pick up an extra yoga mat. I don't want to drag my goto one outside and use it with runners. Better to have a seperate one for that. Then I can also keep it in my office and not have to drag it back and forth 3 times a week. That's of course if I feel like dropping off my stuff in my office after boot camp. I'll have to think about that.
Food wise I have a challenge ahead. I won't be getting home until 7:30-8pm on boot camp nights so my dinners will have to be seriously pre planned. I'm thinking a combo of homemade casserole type things and the lean cuisine/smart one idea. This way I don't get bored and all I have to do is reheat.
